ADVANCED LEVEL NUTRITION with FLEXIBILITY
Your meal plan will be designed around any food preferences and any sensitivities or intolerance’s. A specific caloric breakdown will be provided as well as a macronutrient breakdown with your body type, goals and training preferences. Each meal with have the flexibility of swapping certain food types to avoid getting sick of eating the same foods constantly.

ADVANCED TRAINING TECHNIQUES
All training phases are strategically timed and added to give maximum performance with rapid body composition results. The plan will be based around building small amounts of muscle (hypertrophy) and developing strength, followed by focusing on endurance.
Each exercise will have full video demonstrations, as well as complete details on the most suitable advanced training technique. You will be also allocated the correct reps, sets, tempo and rest periods for each training phase.
STRATEGIC ALLOCATED DIET BREAKS
During the physique plan you will be allocated certain days to implement strategic diet breaks. When following a nutrition plan for a certain amount of time, you will have a general “decrease” in your metabolic rate. This occurs due to key hormonal changes for example with Leptin, Insulin and thyroid hormones.
By increasing calories mainly in the form of carbs, we are able to allow these key hormones to recover and increase back up to normal levels. Not only does this process help key hormones, but will also help psychological stress associated with dieting.
