Ingredients

Chicken & Spinach Leaves

  • 150 g Lean Chicken Breast Trim all fat
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Crushed Garlic
  • 100 g Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Alternative can be Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (unrefined)

Sweet Potato Wedges

  • 100 g Sweet Potato
  • 1 Tbsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Alternative can be Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (unrefined)

Instructions

Chicken & Spinach Leaves

  1. Cut lean chicken breast into slices
  2. Add to a bowl with seasoning and oil
  3. Add chicken to a fry pan and cook for 5-10 minutes each side
  4. Prepare a side of spinach leaves

Sweet Potato Wedges

  1. Cut sweet potato into wedges or fries
  2. Mix with seasonings & oil before placing into a pre-heated oven medium / high temp, for 15-20 minutes
