Mash 1 medium banana in a medium bowl.
Add egg and mix into the same bowl.
Add 30g protein powder and continue to mix ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients, cinnamon and blueberries, continue to mix all together.
Heat a fry pan on medium-low heat, add Tsp of coconut oil to the pan.
Add small amounts 3-4 Tbsp of pancake mix to fry pan (or preferred amount).
Cook for 2 minutes on each side and flip.
Add sugar free maple syrup and some extra cinnamon once ready.
